Position: Executive – Lead Generation
Department: Sales
Experience Required: 6 Months – 2 Years (Freshers with strong communication skills are also welcome)
Location: Noida
Employment Type: 11 months contract (renewal basis)

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Lead Generation Executive with strong understanding of inside sales and exceptional communication abilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, initiating conversations, nurturing leads, and supporting the sales pipeline through structured outreach efforts.

This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy interaction, research, and converting prospects into meaningful business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct research to identify potential leads across relevant markets and industries.
  • Generate high-quality leads through cold calling, emailing, social outreach, and networking platforms.
  • Qualify leads based on business potential and customer needs.
  • Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate prospect information and lead statuses.
  • Coordinate with the Sales/Business Development team to schedule meetings, demos, or presentations.
  • Follow up with leads consistently to nurture and convert them into opportunities.
  • Support inside sales activities such as creating introductory pitches, drafting emails, and updating lead sheets.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports on lead-generation performance and pipeline movement.

Desired Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of inside sales, lead funnels, and outreach methodologies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (must-have).
  • Ability to engage prospects with confidence and professionalism.
  • Basic understanding of CRM tools and lead-tracking systems (HubSpot/Zoho/Salesforce is a plus).
  • Strong research skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to meet targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and proactive approach.

Qualification

  • Graduate in any field (Business/Marketing preferred, but not mandatory).
  • Experience in lead generation or telesales preferred, but freshers with excellent communication are encouraged to apply.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
