Executive - International Marketing

Role & Responsibilities:

• Market research to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive landscapes in targeted international markets.
• Introduce new products, maintain and strengthen the brand presence in international markets.
• Ensure consistent brand identity and compliance with global marketing guidelines.
• Collaborate with distributors, agents, and partners to execute marketing initiatives.
• Support distributors with marketing materials, product training, and promotional activities.
• Participate in international trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events.
• Coordinate logistics, booth design, and post-event follow-up.
• Manage social media accounts and online advertising campaigns for international audiences.
• Work with designers and content creators to produce region-specific marketing materials.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, International Business, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in international marketing or export-focused roles.
• Strong understanding of global markets and cultural differences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Proficiency in marketing tools, social media platforms, and MS Office/Google Workspace.
• Ability to travel internationally when required.
• Strong project management, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in FMCG, export industries.
• Knowledge of international trade regulations and marketing compliance.
• Creativity and adaptability to changing market conditions.
