Job Description

We are seeking an HR Executive to join our dynamic team. The HR Executive will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, HR administration, compliance, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting the growth and development of our employees.

Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and interview candidates for open positions within the organization.
Assist in new employee onboarding and orientation processes.
Address employee inquiries and concerns regarding HR policies and procedures.
Support the performance management process by assisting in goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback sessions.
Identify training needs and assist in the development and delivery of training programs.
Manage HR-related documentation and maintain HR databases.
Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all HR practices.
Plan and organize employee engagement activities and recognition programs.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in HR roles, with knowledge of HR principles and practices.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS software.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Certification in HR (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus
