1. Hiring- Checking calculation and approvals and signing letters.
2. Onboarding-Creation of Email ID PAN India (New Joinee)
3. Payroll process
4. Preparing and Collecting (from SPOCs) monthly attendance data
5. Preparing Head Count and other monthly updates for region (manager, email ID authentication)
6. Contract staff payment file preparation and process payment (initial check) Approx 140 consultants.
7. Exit Formalities-Process for F&F payment and gratuity (If any) Coordinate only for payment post F&F calculations shared with employees and SPOCs.
8. Issue of relieving/experience letter (preparing letters)
9. Email deactivation (Check if all exit employees ID is deactivated)
10. Annual increment- Data for EDMs, IT, Admin & HRMS (partial assistance)
11. HRMS portal- Clean up of employee data base (Emp ID updating, Old Colliers staff data collection) Cross checking
12. Scan and upload manual docs into HRMS (Current employees for whom joining was done manually)
13. Monitoring of Exit & Confirmation process.
14. Correction of data – Cross checking
15. Manager replacement – Cross checking
16. Monthly Leave audit and upload by 15th of the month – Cross checking
17. Support with audit – Collate and check documents required for Audit.
