Job Description

As the HR and Admin Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate employee records, assisting with recruitment and training processes, and coordinating employee benefits and time-off requests. You will also provide essential administrative support to the management team by preparing reports, managing the front desk, and coordinating travel arrangements and meetings. Ensuring compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies will be a key responsibility, along with maintaining records of employee training, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions. You will assist in driving employee engagement initiatives, fostering positive employee relations, and addressing employee queries and concerns. To be successful in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field and have at least 2 years of experience in HR and admin roles, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with proficiency in MS Office applications. Your ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information will be critical.
