As an Executive-HR&A at a renowned manufacturing company specializing in DUCTS for the HVAC industry, your role involves various responsibilities and qualifications. **Role Overview:** You will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and training manpower while also allocating responsibilities efficiently. Managing attendance, leave, and preparing employee databases will be crucial. Additionally, you will be tasked with employee engagement, welfare, grievance handling, counseling, and dispute resolution. Ensuring compliance with statutory regulations under various Acts and Labor Laws such as the Factory Act, Contract Labor Act, PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, etc., and liaising with relevant authorities will be part of your duties. You will also provide support in drafting HR policies and conducting performance assessments.
