As a Human Resources (HR) professional in this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including onboarding of new employees. Your duties will also include maintaining employee records and HR databases, handling attendance, drafting and issuing offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and other HR documentation. Furthermore, you will be tasked with managing employee engagement activities, coordinating training sessions, and addressing employee grievances. Your role will also involve ensuring the implementation of company policies and disciplinary procedures. Your responsibilities will include handling the procurement of office supplies, equipment, and services, as well as managing travel bookings, accommodation, and logistics for employees. Additionally, you will monitor housekeeping, security, and overall office upkeep while ensuring compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements. You will also support management in day-to-day administrative operations.
