Job Description

As a Human Resources (HR) professional in this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including onboarding of new employees. Your duties will also include maintaining employee records and HR databases, handling attendance, drafting and issuing offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and other HR documentation. Furthermore, you will be tasked with managing employee engagement activities, coordinating training sessions, and addressing employee grievances. Your role will also involve ensuring the implementation of company policies and disciplinary procedures. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end recruitment process and onboarding procedures - Maintain employee records and HR databases - Handle attendance tracking - Draft and issue offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and other HR documentation - Manage employee engagement activities, training coordination, and grievance handling - Ensure implementation of company policies and disciplinary procedures In the Administration domain, you will oversee office administration, facilities management, and vendor coordination. Your responsibilities will include handling the procurement of office supplies, equipment, and services, as well as managing travel bookings, accommodation, and logistics for employees. Additionally, you will monitor housekeeping, security, and overall office upkeep while ensuring compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements. You will also support management in day-to-day administrative operations. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee office administration, facilities management, and vendor coordination - Handle procurement of office supplies, equipment, and services - Manage travel bookings, accommodation, and logistics for employees - Monitor housekeeping, security, and overall office upkeep - Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements - Support management in day-to-day administrative operations Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in HR and administration roles - Strong understanding of recruitment processes and HR best practices - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively - Knowledge of labor laws and regulations - Proficiency in MS Office and HR software This is a full-time position with benefits including health insurance, paid sick time, and Provident Fund. Fluency in English is preferred for this role, and the work location is in person.,
