Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, on- site Executive / Senior Executive - F&A in Chennai. This role at International Real Estate Partners (IREP) encompasses daily financial and account management tasks as follows:

• Oversee financial operations and assist with planning and analysis
• Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and track operational metrics
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations
• Develop and maintain financial models in Excel for various financial activities
• Support budgeting and cost control initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management with clear analysis and actionable plans
• Perform Bank Reconciliation, Supplier & Client account reconciliation
• Ensure timely statutory compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis tools
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
