Executive Finance & Accounts

Role & responsibilities

A) Financial

Preparation of P&L and Balance sheet by 5th with 100% accuracy

Book closure completed by 3rd working with 100% accuracy

- All Invoices are Properly booked and verified

- Reconciliation between HIS and Tally

- Creation of Provision for the expenses where the bills are yet to be reversed.

- Reversal of Provision created for in the preceding months on receipt of invoices in the current month.

- Ensuring Provision is not carried forward for more than 3 Months

- Prepaid Expenses are booked properly

- Verification of Fixed Assets Register

-verification of Expenses - Bills without GRN , IP Pharmacy , OP Pharmacy, Service Stores, Capex Stores others Etc.

B) Statutory Compliance'

- Applicable TDS/TCS is done for all the invoices

- Applicable GST under RCM is applied for the invoices

- Payment of TDS and GST is done within the time lines

- Monthly , quarterly, yearly GST/TDS/TCS returns are done with in the time lines

C) Vendor Management

- Payment to the vendor is done as per the credit period.

- Ensure that payment details are shared by the team within 2 working days of the payment - Ensure that the vendors issues are resolved or escalated to the respective department/person with in 2 days of the receipt of the issue

D) Data preparation for cost audit, Statutory audit and Tax audit

E) Budgeting supporting activities

Preferred candidate profile

• CA Inter / ICWA (Inter) qualified candidates
• Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (mandatory)
• 36 years of relevant experience in

  Finance & Accounts

• Mandatory experience in

  Hospital / Healthcare / Service industry

  preferred
