Executive - Engineering (Electrical)

1. Supervise day-to-day activities on various jobs.

2. Supervise preventive / breakdown maintenance.

3. Guide Craftsman on day-to-day job.

4. Co-ordinate & interact with other departments.

5. Impart job training to Trainee Apprentice & Craftsmen.

6. Follow up various pending jobs, follow up with service contracts and othercontractors.

7. Record utility consumption.

8. Supervise contract jobs, project jobs & get it complied as per target completion date(TCD).

9. Ensure utilities are operated effectively & efficiently and consumption of the plantis under desired limit.

10. Suggest any change, modification, renovation required for cost saving, increase inproductivity, beneficial to production, easy maintenance & executions of theactivities with communication of Head Engineering.

11. Issue the jobs to Contractors with work orders & certifying the jobs & measurementsheets & work completed as per cGMP & Good engineering practices.

12. Montoring and maintaining of utilities and consumable stock by preparaton of dailyreport and MIS report.

13. Take the Building & Facility round compliance of the identified points.

14. Prepare material Purchase Requisition & follow up with engineering stores.

15. Maintenance of quality document and destruction of quality record as per SOP.

16. Shredding of waste paper generated during documentation.

17. Participate in self-audit program as a certified investigator.

18. Participate in investigation of customer complaint, Deviation, OOS, OOT &calibration failure.

19. Participate in evaluation, investigation and implementation of CAPA system.

20. Routine monitoring of cGMP compliance of engineering department.

21. Responsible for Preparations & maintaining of:

a) Equipment Qualification Documents.

b) Area Qualification Documents.

c) SOPs & Master List of SOP.

d) List & Master List of Lists.

e) Training Documents.

f) SAP preventive maintenance, Breakdown & modification orders.

g) Preventive Maintenance records.

h) Annual Equipment Performance Qualification reports.

i) Calibration Plan & records

j) Change control.

22. Responsible for store management such as

a) Commercial procurement

b) Non Performance Asset (NPA) storage

c) Identification and segregation of spare.

d) Cleanliness of store.

e) Safe storage of spares.

f) Review the Purchase Requisition.

23. Prepare material Purchase order, GRN by Enavexpense system & SAP S/4 HANASystem.

24. Material issue and receipt by Enavexpense system.

25. Store the engineering NPA material.

26. Keep inventory in control.

27. Follow up for procuring the material & delivery of material with vendors.

28. Make monthly reports of stock statement and maintain minimum stock level, statusof expenditure & revenue budget status.

29. Revenue budget to updating with the help of account department.

30. Follow all the safety guidelines & good engineering practices, while working on theshop floor.

31. Material issue and receipt by SAP S/4 HANA system.

32. Follow up for procuring the material & delivery of material with vendors.

33. Make monthly reports of stock statement and maintain minimum stock level, statusof expenditure & revenue budget status.

35. Follow all the safety guidelines & good engineering practices, while working on theshop.

Note: In absence of Sr. Officer Engineering, Executive & Sr. Executive Engineering shallexecute the authorities of Sr. Officer Engineering.
