🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Driving sales across marketplaces, D2C & quick commerce platforms (Zepto, Blinkit, Instamart, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
• Build, launch, and scale platforms end-to-end: listings, pricing, stock sync, performance optimisation, and marketing integration
• Develop and execute

  sharp growth strategies

  tailored to each platform’s ecosystem and consumer behaviour
• Manage platform relationships, ensuring prime placements, campaigns, and offers
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (operations, supply chain, brand, and marketing) to deliver seamless execution
• Monitor and optimise performance metrics: conversion, ROI, ad spends, and platform-specific KPIs
• Drive

  quick commerce excellence

  – ensure high availability and rapid fulfilment compliance
• Stay on top of new marketplace features, trends, and algorithms –

  test, learn, and implement in real time

🎯 Who We’re Looking For

• Experience:

  2–4 years in E-commerce/Quick Commerce, preferably in FMCG, D2C, food/health food categories

• Proven track record

  in scaling multi-channel revenue across platforms is a

  MUST

• Hands-on knowledge of tools like Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Blinkit/Swiggy/Zepto dashboards,

  etc.
• Strong analytical, number-driven mindset – comfortable with dashboards, reports, and growth analytics
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Proactive, entrepreneurial, and excited about working in a

  small but high-impact team
