🎯 Role: Area Sales Manager – North, West & South India

Area Sales Managers

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for assigned region (North / West / South India).
• Build and manage distributor and retail networks for FMCG / Food categories.
• Drive primary & secondary sales, ensure distributor ROI, and achieve sales targets.
• Expand presence in

  modern trade, general trade, and quick commerce channels

  .
• Strengthen relationships with channel partners, retailers, and key accounts.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing to identify opportunities.
• Manage local promotions, activations, and product launches.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, supply chain, finance).

👤 Qualifications & Skills

• 3–6 years of FMCG / Food & Beverage sales experience

  .
• Strong distributor management and channel development expertise.
• Proven record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in assigned territory.
• Good understanding of GT, MT, and E-commerce/quick commerce channels.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable working in lean teams.
• Based in or open to relocating within North, West, or South India.
