Executive Director - Securities Services Finance India Lead

You will join the dynamic Finance & Business Management (F&BM) team leading the Securities Services Finance teams in India. As an Executive Director within Securities Services Finance & Business Management team, you will be a collaborative Team Lead responsible for managing, developing, and recruiting for the team. Your role involves managing a team of around 35 people fostering a culture of teamwork, collaboration, accountability, and high performance. You will have end-to-end responsibility for projects specific to the Securities Services business, as well as wide-scale projects at a Commercial & Investment Bank. Your responsibilities will include participating in developing the team's strategic plan, ensuring seamless integration and communication between India and Global teams, driving talent management, continuous improvement, and development within the team, and fostering a collaborative and inclusive team environment of open communication and fair performance assessment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage, develop, and grow high-performance teams. - Develop and execute on a strategic vision for a business. - Execute on your own book of work. - Have a transformational mindset leading to efficiencies. - Collaborate with global stakeholders and ensure effective communication. **Qualifications Required:** - Post Graduation from a recognized institute (Post graduate - MBA Finance, Chartered Accountant or equivalent professional degree) with 15+ years of experience in Finance roles. - Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to lead, inspire, motivate, and develop team members. - Strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities. - Strong business sense, excellent global stakeholder collaboration, management, and communication skills. - Proven ability to drive process improvements and implement change in a complex environment. - Experience in coaching or mentoring employees. - Demonstrated team building skills and ability to work in a team environment. - Operate with a high level of integrity and risk awareness.,
