Job Title- Executive - Customer Success/ Client Relations
Vertical - Data & Capability (ertswhile GIX) - Operations Hub

Functional Responsibility / Domain Related
o Be a part of team responsible for increasing the awareness of CRISIL Research products & services (Industry Research platform & Quantix)
o Through trainings & product demo’s increase the users & usage of the CRISIL research services in the defined territories/regions/client segments
Client segments primarily include commercial banks, NBFCs, financial institutions, private equities, investment banks, co-operative banks, corporates, insurance companies across allocated geographies
o Develop good rapport & connect with the key users of various departments at the client organizations
o Getting market feedbacks for new product development or enhancing existing products
Feedback & testimonials to be collected on a timely basis from the users
Process Adherence
o Self-motivated for achieving the business objectives
o Constant upgradation of product knowledge for effectively communicating the value proposition to clients
o Maintenance & regular updation of contacts, client/product feedback & meeting reports
Competition tracking and giving feeds on the same to business
Client Management / Stakeholder Management
o Key account management through regular meetings with contacts across the hierarchy and across departments

o This is not a sales role
o The candidate will have to go out to meet clients(existing clients) to follow-up/Explain on the services/products
o There are no target of revenue or lead generation as such
o There might be travel to nearby region
