About the role:

We’re hiring an executive assistant to support the Chief of Staff/Head of Product at Cache Labs. The role involves managing daily operations, coordination, and documentation to ensure smooth execution and communication across teams.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage dynamic scheduling, priorities, and communication flows across product and leadership needs
• Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring logistics and prep materials are handled smoothly
• Track decisions, next steps, and follow-ups so initiatives move forward on time
• Support creation of meeting materials, agendas, briefs, and recaps
• Assist with logistics for product research, on-sites, events, and vendor coordination
• Help build workflow systems and documentation that improve how we collaborate
• Provide office and team support including supplies, space coordination, and occasional work-related errands.
• Arrange travel and logistics for business meetings and company engagements
• Maintain confidentiality, strong judgment, and a polished presence across all interactions.
• Stay one step ahead, anticipating needs and clearing roadblocks before they arise

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience in executive support, operations, or an administrative role
• Excellent organization and time management, with strong attention to detail
• Clear communication, professionalism, comfort interacting with leaders and partners collaborative mindset and good instincts for relationship-building
• Interest in learning how technical products are built and launched
• Driven, eager to grow, and excited about making a meaningful impact inside a growing startup.
