Job Description: You will assist the executive you work for by managing their scheduling, drafting, reviewing, and sending communications, organizing documents, answering phone calls, and performing various administrative tasks to support their job performance. Some of the key responsibilities include: - Managing scheduling for the executive - Drafting, reviewing, and sending communications on behalf of the executive - Organizing and preparing for meetings, including gathering documents and managing meeting logistics - Answering and responding to phone calls, and communicating messages and information - Prioritizing emails and responding when necessary - Maintaining various records and documents for the executive Qualifications Required: To be successful in this role, you should have the following skill set: - Excellent follow-up skills - Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially Word and Excel - Good command over English writing - Honesty Experience: - Total work experience: 3 years (Required) Work Location: This is a full-time job that requires you to work in person.,
