Description
The role of an Executive-Coding is to contribute to the overall team performance and profitability by implementing action plans to improve and maintain client satisfaction. As an Executive in this role, you are expected to have a science background and possess at least 1.5 years of experience in the Healthcare domain and coding related field. Your responsibilities include demonstrating basic knowledge of Healthcare, utilizing reasoning and analytical skills, effective communication in the required language, active listening, and a passion for learning. You are required to possess influencing skills, the ability to understand employee requirements, adhere to attendance and punctuality norms, and acquire knowledge and skills related to the process. Your tasks will involve processing claims, developing projects, handling calls according to process guidelines, meeting productivity goals, and ensuring adherence to SLA, Quality & Auditing parameters. It is essential to understand and comply with quality standards, meet TAT requirements, and maintain external and internal quality and security standards such as HIPPA/ISO. Key skills for this role include exceptional interpersonal, customer service, problem-solving, verbal and written communication, and conflict resolution abilities. Proficiency in technology, including computers, software applications, and phone systems is required. You must have the capability to enhance team processes, drive efficiency and productivity, provide coaching and leadership, delegate and manage workloads effectively, and lead continuous improvement efforts. Operating in a complex, global environment while influencing results, demonstrating operational and financial acumen, and problem-solving are crucial aspects of this role. Furthermore, you should exhibit strong executive presence, customer focus, multitasking abilities, and the capacity to remain calm under pressure.
