We are seeking a visionary and dynamic Executive Chef – Multi Cuisine & Innovation to lead our culinary program across multiple kitchens and concepts. The role demands strong leadership, mastery in diverse cuisines (Indian, Continental, Asian, and Fusion), and the ability to curate innovative,
beer-paired menus that set new benchmarks in the craft F&B; space.
The Executive Chef will not only manage operations but also drive culinary innovation, concept development, and R&D; to create memorable gastronomic experiences that resonate with our craft beer culture and evolving customer palate.
• Provide strategic direction and leadership for all kitchen operations across cuisines.
• Curate and innovate multi-cuisine menus (Indian, Continental, Asian, Modern Fusion) aligned with brand identity and seasonal trends.
• Champion beer & food pairing menus, signature dishes, and unique culinary experiences.
• Lead, inspire, and develop a diverse team of chefs, sous chefs, and CDPs with a focus on talent growth.
• Drive culinary R&D; and innovation projects in collaboration with brewers and mixologists.
• Ensure high standards of taste, consistency, presentation, and portion control across outlets.
• Maintain hygiene and compliance with FSSAI and food safety regulations.
• Optimize kitchen costs, vendor relationships, and procurement strategies to ensure sustainability.
• Play a lead role in brand events, beer launches, food festivals, and collaborations.
• Act as a brand ambassador, bringing creativity, innovation, and storytelling into the guest experience.
• Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or Culinary Arts from a reputed institute.
• 8–10 years of progressive culinary leadership in premium F&B;, luxury hotels, or gastropubs.
• Expertise across multi-cuisine formats including Indian regional, Asian, Continental, and fusion.
• Proven track record in menu engineering, innovation, and concept development.
• Strong leadership and team management experience with ability to handle high-volume operations.
• Knowledge of craft beer culture and expertise in beer-food pairings is highly desirable.
• Exceptional organizational, financial acumen, and creative problem-solving skills.
