About the Role
We are hiring passionate and skilled culinary professionals for multiple kitchen positions. The ideal candidates must have strong knowledge of food preparation, kitchen operation, hygiene standards, and teamwork.
1. Executive Chef
Responsibilities*
Oversee complete kitchen operations and menu planning
Maintain food quality, taste, presentation, and portion control
Supervise and lead the entire kitchen team
Ensure compliance with food safety & hygiene standards
Control kitchen inventory, budgeting, and cost management
Train and develop kitchen staff
Requirements*
Proven experience as Executive Chef / Head Chef
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Expertise in menu development & kitchen management
2. Sous Chef
Responsibilities*
Assist Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations
Supervise kitchen staff and manage sections
Ensure food quality and timely preparation
Maintain stock levels and food safety standards
Requirements*
Experience as Sous Chef or Senior CDP
Strong cooking skills and team coordination
3. Chef de Partie (CDP)
Responsibilities*
Manage a designated section of the kitchen
Prepare dishes according to recipes and standards
Ensure cleanliness and organization of workstation
Guide Commis staff
Requirements*
Experience as CDP in a professional kitchen
Strong knowledge of cuisine and cooking techniques
4. Demi Chef de Partie (DCDP)
Responsibilities*
Support CDP in food preparation
Maintain quality, consistency, and hygiene
Assist in supervising Commis staff
Requirements*
Experience as DCDP / Commis 1
5. Commis (1 / 2 / 3)
Responsibilities*
Assist senior chefs in food preparation
Follow standard recipes and instructions
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and cutting techniques
Support daily kitchen operations
Requirements*
Basic experience/knowledge in kitchen operations
Willingness to learn and grow
