Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Greet guests warmly and assist them in selecting beverages and bar snacks. Take and serve drink and food orders promptly and accurately. Be knowledgeable about cocktail recipes, beverages, and bar promotions. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar counter, service areas, and tables. Ensure guest satisfaction by checking back and responding to additional requests. Follow all safety, hygiene, and responsible alcohol service standards. Handle guest complaints with professionalism and escalate if needed.
