The role requires strong leadership, culinary expertise, and the ability to maintain high standards of hygiene, consistency, and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Plan and update menus; develop recipes and presentation standards. Supervise daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth service. Maintain high food quality, taste, portion control, and hygiene. Manage inventory, procurement, and vendor relationships. Control food cost and reduce wastage through efficient processes. Lead, train, and schedule kitchen staff; ensure discipline and performance. Oversee kitchen equipment, safety, and compliance (FSSAI, HACCP). Coordinate with operations, service, and management for seamless execution. Requirements 8–12 years of culinary experience; 2–4 years in a senior chef role.
