Executive Chef

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end kitchen operations with a focus on sandwiches, bakery, and café menus.
• Develop and launch new product innovations aligned with luxury café dining.
• Mentor and train kitchen teams to international standards.
• Ensure cost control, procurement efficiency, and minimal wastage.
• Collaborate with management on events, promotions, and brand experiences.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 7–10 years of culinary experience, with at least 3+ years in premium F&B brands/cafés.
• Expertise in sandwich innovation, gourmet bakery items, and café menus.
• Proven leadership in managing kitchen brigades and large-scale café operations.
• Exposure to international café/QSR standards and practices.
• Culinary degree/diploma mandatory.
