Executive Chef

As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the culinary operations at the property. Your main duties and responsibilities will include training, developing, and motivating supervisors and culinary staff to consistently meet and exceed food preparation standards. You will be expected to teach preparation techniques according to well-defined recipes, while continuously seeking ways to enhance the cuisine offered. Displaying exceptional leadership qualities is crucial in this role. You will need to create a positive work environment, offer guidance and counseling to employees when necessary, and maintain a professional and dedicated approach to management. Providing direction for all kitchen operations on a daily basis is essential, as well as possessing the ability to step in for employees when needed or assign suitable replacements. Furthermore, you will be required to set performance standards, monitor staff performance, and effectively communicate with and lead the kitchen team. Utilizing your interpersonal skills to influence and guide the kitchen staff will be key to your success in this position. This is a full-time position with benefits including provided food, paid sick time, and a yearly bonus. The work schedule is during day shifts, and the role requires in-person work at the specified location.
