Site Supervisor (Interior)

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervision and Coordination:Overseeing the work of contractors, subcontractors, and other site personnel to ensure adherence to project plans and specifications.
• Quality Control:Ensuring that all interior work meets the required quality standards and design specifications.
• Safety Management:Implementing and enforcing safety regulations and protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel.
• Progress Monitoring:Tracking project progress against the schedule, identifying potential delays, and implementing corrective actions.
• Resource Management:Managing materials, equipment, and other resources to ensure efficient project execution.
• Communication:Maintaining clear and effective communication with clients, architects, designers, and other stakeholders.
• Problem Solving:Identifying and resolving any issues or challenges that arise during the project, escalating complex problems when necessary.
• Documentation:Maintaining accurate records of project progress, site activities, and any incidents or issues.
• Budget Management:Keeping track of project costs and ensuring that the work is completed within the allocated budget.
• Client Interaction:Communicating project status, addressing client concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Material Procurement:Ordering and managing materials to ensure they are available on-site when needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
