About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Research & Intelligence Gathering

  • Conduct fast, in-depth research across industries, competitors, trends, AI tools and market insights

  • Collate data, summarise findings and present actionable recommendations

  • Create briefs, reports, decks and strategic notes for CEO-led presentations

  • 2. AI-Driven Productivity & Automation

    • Identify and implement AI tools to streamline workflows and speed up execution

    • Use AI for content creation, research, lead generation, process optimisation, and documentation

    • Constantly explore new technologies to support business growth

  • 3. Operations, Delegation & Follow-Ups

    • Act as the CEO’s voice to ensure teams complete delegated tasks on time

    • Track deadlines, project progress, and deliverables across departments

    • Coordinate internally to ensure execution is aligned with CEO’s expectations

    • Handle confidential information with professionalism & discretion

  • 4. Business Development Support

    • Research potential leads, clients, partnerships and opportunities

    • Assist in outreach planning, email drafting, follow-ups and communication

    • Help prepare pitches, proposals and strategic documents

  • 5. Creative & Social Media Support

    • Assist CEO in managing brand-aligned social media activities

    • Draft captions, plan content calendars, manage posting schedules

    • Coordinate with design teams to execute visual content
