Job Description

He/she will be an Individual contributor with focus on below activities: Customer Service & planning Co-Ordinator Demand Planning – In hand Order analysis & highlighting gaps against sales plans Production Priority Planning - Proposal to management with inputs of SCM & sales team for approval Dispatch Plan - Facilitating payments, nomination as well as inspections, providing dispatch information with scanned set of shipment documents to respective partners Define processes and digital tools for how SHPL will proactively stay ahead of market and competitive trends, including what sources will be monitored, how insights from corporate strategy, GBU, and countries will be synthesized and shared and how SHPL will turn insights into action Identify risks to achieve SHPL financial goals in the defined Region and develop mitigation plans Define, prepare and share monthly, quarterly and yearly dashboards Drive preparation of presentations to senior management Actively participate and consolidate AOP Consolidate demand forecasts from Clusters and closely cooperate with regional supply team to assure adequate (volume, timing) supply Be responsible for pricing policy in the region: Drive SKU-level pricing for all molecules to ensure pricing level integrity across customers maintain profit thresholds support business financial commitments maintain master price database support pricing strategies for new product launches Manages key programs and special initiatives across business as required Supports country-based BD team with appropriate inputs and data to help make decisions Colaboration with Customer Service and planning co-ordinator Demand Planning – In-hand Order Analysis & highlighting gaps against sales plan Production Priority Planning - Proposal to management with inputs of SCM & sales team for approval Dispatch Plan - Facilitating payments, nomination as well as inspections, providing dispatch information with scanned set of shipment documents to respective partners Coordination across functions and external stakeholders for order acknowledgement, Regulatory issues, Reimbursement of registration & commission, Finance, PPA, Logistics etc Show more Show less
