🎯 What You’ll Do

• Assist with end-to-end recruitment: job postings, sourcing, screening, & scheduling
• Maintain applicant and HR databases, update trackers and reports
• Support onboarding, orientation, and induction logistics
• Participate in employee engagement activities and internal communications
• Help generate HR/admin reports; assist with basic payroll & benefits tracking
• Serve as a point of contact for routine employee and candidate queries
• Gain hands-on experience using ATS/HRIS systems .

🎓 About You

• MBA (any specialization, preferably HR) — graduates of 2024 and 2025 are welcome
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Naturally proactive, organized, and detail-oriented
• Eager to learn HR systems and industry best practices
