Quality Control Analyst

As a Quality Control (QC) Analyst, you play a crucial role in ensuring that products meet specific quality standards and maintain consistency throughout various production stages. Your responsibilities will include inspecting and testing samples, identifying defects, documenting findings, and collaborating with other departments to drive product improvements. Key Responsibilities: - Testing & Analysis: Conduct various tests on raw materials, in-process samples, and final products to verify compliance with design specifications and quality standards. - Documentation: Maintain detailed records of testing procedures, results, and batch information to ensure regulatory compliance. - Quality Standards: Implement and follow established procedures and standards, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to uphold quality requirements. - Defect Management: Identify, track, and report defects or non-conformances discovered during testing, and work with development or production teams to address them. - Process Improvement: Analyze test results and data to pinpoint root causes of issues and contribute to enhancing product quality and processes. - Equipment Maintenance: Calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment and testing tools to guarantee precision and reliability. - Compliance & Auditing: Conduct internal audits to verify that quality control processes align with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
