Role Summary:

A Marketing executiveworks to improve an Organization’s market position around the globeand achieve financial growth. This person defines long-term organizational strategic goals, builds key customer relationships, identifies business opportunities, negotiates, closes business deals and maintains extensive knowledge of current market conditions. Theywill also help manage existing clients and ensure they stay satisfied and positive.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and enhance lead nurturing tactics in marketing by collaborating through email, website, and social media.
  • Utilize customized marketing strategies to build and sustain business relationships with current, prospective, and targeted clients.
  • Creating informative presentations, technical write-ups, and animations to promote our products, company, consumer satisfaction, scope, and so on.
  • Preparing, presenting, and delivering information at client meetings, industry exhibits, trade shows, conferences, seminars and other forums .
  • Identify, evaluate, solicit, and follow-up with targets using a variety of sales, communication, and marketing tactics.
  • Establish and grow relationships with important prospects in order to identify and address their business needs.
  • Meet revenue targets from new and existing clients.
  • Understanding the Client’s problems and collaborate with our Technical Team to provide solution for their needs.
  • Create networks in order to find new clients.
  • Work on promoting our company’s growth.
  • Create and execute successful campaigns from inception to completion.
  • Coordinate with the Digital Marketing, Designing and Website Development team for the Company’s promotional activities.
  • Upgrade the content and UI and UX of our website and create blogs (content) in order to attract our targeted audience.
  • Create and implement multi-channel campaigns, Exhibition and Seminars in Regional and International locations, ensuring that communications and message are consistent across all channels.
  • Create strategic partnerships and commercial agreements with current and prospective customers.
  • In order to produce more qualified leads and enhance customer conversions, use customer and market information to influence outreach efforts.
  • Investigating and analyzing market trends and competitors’ market positions.
  • Evaluating the efficiency of marketing programmes and reporting outcomes to the Reporting Authority and Top Management.
  • Develop cost-effective marketing strategy for the promotion of products, company, and services.
  • Maintain detailed written and verbal reports on all marketing and sales data.
  • Modifies marketing tactics and plans based on acquired data and other input.
  • Involves creating a business network and strengthening ties between the organization and its clients by providing excellent service and tempting service representation.
  • Ensure the success of the project by maintaining relationships with consumers.
  • Analyze and create resources that are pertinent to sales and business development objectives.
  • Work toward the organization's revenue generating and sales growth targets in accordance with its business techniques.
  • Collaborate with the Management team and other employees to achieve the desirable results.

Qualifications / Requirements:

Experience : 2 – 5 Years

Education Qualification : Any UG / PG degree (BE Mechanical with MBA in Marketing preferable)

Industrial Type : Manufacturing / Industrial / Production

Function Area : Business Development / Marketing / Sales / Commercial

Language : English, Hindi, Tamil and Others

Age : 25 to 45

Gender : Male only

Preferred Location : Anywhere in Tamilnadu

  • Being organized and able to manage multiple task simultaneously.
  • Review and edit marketing materials like blogs, social media posts, and ads to ensure they're accurate, consistent, and in line with our brand voice.
  • Identification of Customer Needs and Challenges.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
