Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly competent and dynamic Executive Business Assistant to support the CEO in strategic and operational matters, with a strong focus on asset management business, performance monitoring, and stakeholder coordination. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted partner to the CEO, helping drive key initiatives across the business while ensuring execution excellence and organizational alignment.



Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic & Operational Support:

  • Assist the CEO in driving key business areas including:
  • Asset Management
  • Strategic Initiatives
  • Productivity Enhancement Programs
  • Stakeholder Engagement including lenders and investors
  1. Business Communication & Reporting:

  • Prepare high-quality management briefings, investor updates, and presentations.
  • Track and follow up on key deliverables and strategic action points.
  1. Asset Management Oversight:

  • Ensure operational alignment with the terms of the Concession Agreement.
  • Support compliance, reporting, and escalation on critical issues.
  1. Cost Management:

  • Monitor Capex & Opex budgets; track performance against financial targets.
  • Identify and support implementation of cost-optimization initiatives.
  1. Performance Monitoring:

  • Track the progress of major capital and operational initiatives.
  • Drive timely execution of plans and flag deviations proactively.
  1. Health, Safety & Environment (HSE):

  • Assist in cultivating an organization-wide culture with the highest HSE standards.
  • Facilitate CEO-led HSE reviews and follow-ups.
  1. Review & Governance:

  • Organize and document monthly project review meetings with project teams.
  • Follow up on MOM action items and ensure timely closure.
  1. Revenue Growth Support:

  • Assist in identifying and tracking revenue enhancement initiatives across projects.
  1. Confidentiality & Professionalism:

  • Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive and strategic matters.
  • Represent the CEO’s office with maturity, discretion, and professionalism.



Candidate Profile:

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation capabilities.
  • High levels of ownership, integrity, and accountability.
  • Experience in infrastructure, roads, or concessions sector will be an advantage.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment directly with CXO-level leadership.
