The Cloud Kitchen Executive is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the cloud kitchen, maintaining food quality, timely order execution, inventory management, and adherence to hygiene and safety standards. The role requires coordination between kitchen staff, delivery platforms, and management to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operations Management

Oversee daily operations of the cloud kitchen to ensure efficient workflow and timely order dispatch.

Monitor order preparation time and ensure 100% accuracy and quality in every order.

Coordinate with delivery platforms (Swiggy, Zomato, etc.) for seamless order processing and issue resolution.

Ensure kitchen equipment is properly maintained and operational at all times.

2. Food Quality & Hygiene

Maintain strict hygiene, cleanliness, and sanitation standards as per FSSAI guidelines.

Ensure all recipes and standard operating procedures (SOPs) are followed accurately.

Conduct regular food tastings and temperature checks.

3. Inventory & Procurement

Track daily raw material usage and maintain optimal stock levels.

Record GRN (Goods Received Note), wastage, and stock transfers accurately.

Coordinate with the purchase team for timely replenishment and avoid stock-outs.

4. People & Team Management

Supervise kitchen staff and allocate responsibilities to ensure efficient task execution.

Train new staff on operational SOPs, hygiene practices, and order management systems.

Monitor staff attendance, discipline, and grooming standards.

5. Reporting & Documentation

Maintain daily reports for production, wastage, and sales.

Share performance updates and variance reports with the Area/Cluster Manager.

Support audits and compliance checks.

Key Skills Required:

Strong understanding of food delivery operations and aggregator platforms (Swiggy, Zomato, etc.)

Excellent coordination and multitasking skills

Basic knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen equipment

Data handling and report preparation (Excel / POS systems)

Leadership and team-handling ability
