Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and resourceful Executive Associate to provide high-level administrative, analytical, and strategic support to the Managing Director (MD). The role requires strong organizational, presentation, and analytical skills to coordinate key projects, streamline processes, and enhance executive productivity across business divisions.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Calendar & Communication Management

  • Manage the MDs calendar, appointments, and travel plans efficiently.
  • Handle calls, emails, and correspondence, prioritizing communication requiring leadership attention.

Executive & Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Coordinate with senior leadership teams and department heads for meetings, reviews, and follow-ups.
  • Support cross-divisional projects and ensure timely execution of deliverables.

Project & Strategy Support

  • Assist in project planning, execution, and monitoring of key business initiatives.
  • Support digital transformation, process improvement, and strategic implementation.

MIS & Reporting

  • Prepare and analyze Management Information System (MIS) reports.
  • Coordinate with departments to gather data and generate actionable insights.

Presentations & Documentation

  • Create professional presentations, reports, and dashboards using PowerPoint, Excel, Canva, and Power BI.
  • Present analytical insights, research data, and strategic updates in visually engaging formats.

Event & Meeting Management

  • Organize board meetings, investor relations events, annual general meetings, and corporate events.
  • Draft agendas, minutes, and follow-up action items.

Business Operations & Digital Strategy

  • Support branding, digital initiatives, and UX enhancement projects.
  • Collaborate with teams on product management, business analytics, and digital transformation activities.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Executive-level communication and coordination skills
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills (Excel, Power BI)
  • Advanced PowerPoint and presentation expertise
  • Project management and stakeholder coordination abilities
  • Business acumen with understanding of digital strategy / process improvement
  • Excellent multitasking, problem-solving, and confidentiality management
