Job Description

GrandMagnum Housing Pvt Ltd is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented CADD Draftsman to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing technical drawings and designs for land development and layout projects, as well as assisting with approval processes and coordinating with various teams, Candidate from Real estate industry preferred specially in PLOT Background. Key Responsibilities: Prepare detailed and combined CAD drawings for land development and layouts. Coordinate with surveyors for land measurement and mapping. Liaise with government authorities (CMDA, DTCP) for approval processes. Create precise and clear design documentation in line with project requirements. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure drawings meet client and sales expectations. Ensure all designs and drafts comply with applicable regulations and standards. Perform other project-related tasks as assigned. Design frameworks for a projects. Key Skills Required: Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant drafting software Strong understanding of civil engineering and land layout principles Familiarity with CMDA/DTCP approval processes Attention to detail and accuracy Good communication and coordination skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
