Job Summary: The Front Office Executive will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients. The role involves managing the front desk, handling calls, scheduling appointments, and ensuring the smooth functioning of daily administrative tasks with a high level of professionalism and courtesy. Key Responsibilities: Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate departments or personnel Manage incoming phone calls and emails with professionalism Maintain the reception area to be tidy and presentable at all times Coordinate with internal teams for courier, dispatch, and mail services Maintain and manage meeting room bookings and schedules Record visitor details and issue visitor passes as per company policy Assist in basic administrative and clerical support as needed Manage office supplies inventory related to front office requirements Handle inquiries and provide accurate information to clients and guests Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety standards Requirements: Proven experience as a Front Office Executive or similar role Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong organizational and multitasking skills Pleasant personality and customer-focused attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a team Minimum Qualification: Graduate in any discipline Location : Whitefied

Job Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our ATL, BTL, and branding efforts in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of integrated marketing strategies, a creative mindset, and the ability to execute campaigns that enhance brand visibility and engage customers Key Responsibilities: ATL (Above the Line) Marketing Plan and execute large-scale advertising campaigns using mass media channels such as TV, radio, newspapers, magazines, and outdoor advertising (billboards, hoardings). Collaborate with media agencies and creative teams to develop compelling advertisements. Monitor and analyse the performance of ATL campaigns, optimizing for reach and impact. BTL (Below the Line) Marketing Organize on-ground activities such as real estate expos, open houses, roadshows, and community events to target specific customer segments. Develop and implement localized campaigns, including brochures, flyers, posters, and kiosks. Collaborate with sales teams for lead-generation activities and customer engagement at the grassroots level. Branding Develop and maintain a strong brand identity and ensure consistency across all marketing platforms. Work closely with design and creative teams to produce branding materials, including logos, corporate stationery, and promotional items. Enhance the companys presence through digital and traditional branding strategies. Integrated Marketing Campaigns Design and execute cohesive campaigns that integrate ATL, BTL, and branding efforts for maximum impact. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with the company’s vision and goals. Market Research & Analytics Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive positioning. Track and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts using analytics tools. Prepare detailed reports and presentations for management, highlighting campaign performance and ROI. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 5 to 7 years of experience in ATL, BTL, and branding, preferably in the real estate industry. Proficient in digital and traditional marketing techniques. Strong project management and organizational skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
