Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Executive Support:

  • Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and organize travel for senior executives.
  • Draft and respond to emails and correspondence on behalf of the executive.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and follow-up documents.
  • Coordinate internal meetings, sales reviews, and client calls.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Sales Support:

  • Assist with preparing sales proposals, pitch decks, and client-facing documents.
  • Track sales leads, opportunities, and pipelines using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Monitor and report on KPIs, revenue forecasts, and sales metrics.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support sales initiatives.
  • Follow up with prospects and clients via email or phone on behalf of the sales team.
  • Support the execution of sales campaigns and email marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Sales Coordinator, or in a similar hybrid role.
  • Familiarity with sales operations, CRM systems, and lead management.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) or Google Workspace.
  • Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.

Preferred Skills:

  • Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to understand and support sales goals.
  • Analytical thinker with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with sales funnels, KPIs, and revenue tracking.
  • Basic understanding of marketing tools (e.g., email marketing, LinkedIn outreach).

Working Conditions:

  • May require occasional extended hours based on sales cycle demands or travel schedules.
  • In-office, depending on company policy.
