• Daily monitoring and management of SCADA, PLCs, HMIs, and field devices (switches, firewalls, routers, etc.).
• Execution of SOP-based preventive maintenance and daily health checks. • Incident resolution and basic diagnostics. • Coordination with L2/L3 teams and internal teams for escalations. • Coordinate with vendors for troubleshooting and resolution of OT asset issues. • Conduct first-level diagnostics and troubleshooting for OT-related alerts or failures. • Maintain logs of all issues, vendor escalations, and resolution timelines. • Assist in predictive analysis by identifying recurring issues or performance degradation signs. • Provide periodic status and issue reports to OT leads and Actin backend support.
