Job Description

This role is responsible for planning, executing, and supporting pavement marking solutions by working with government agencies, consultants, and contractors. The role involves providing technical expertise, conducting field trials, ensuring compliance with MoRTH/IRC/ASTM standards, and supporting sales/marketing teams with training and competitive insights.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead technical strategy, design, and execution of pavement marking systems.
Conduct on-site demos, benchmarking, and prepare technical evaluation reports.
Support product commercialization, SOP development, and application best practices.
Ensure compliance with national/international standards and represent in industry forums.
Provide training and technical support to contractors, agencies, and internal teams.

Skills & Competencies:

Knowledge of pavement marking systems (thermoplastic, paints, tapes, cold plastics).
Experience in road safety audits, traffic engineering, and project management.
Proficiency in AutoCAD & MS Office.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Multilingual ability (English, Hindi + regional language preferred).
