About the Role

This is not a traditional admin role. You’ll be a right hand to the CEO — managing time, coordinating key projects, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and knows how to anticipate needs before they’re said out loud.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve recurring internal workflows: onboarding, asset tracking, document filing
• Support ad hoc administrative and operational projects as needed
• Manage logistics for team offsites, conferences, or customer meetings
• Liaise with external accounting teams to support monthly close and reporting
• Manage vendor agreements, NDAs, and data processing addendums

You Might Be a Fit If You:

• Have 2+ years of experience in an EA type role
• Are highly organized and know how to keep others organized
• Are an excellent communicator (written and verbal)
• Can juggle multiple priorities and know when to escalate
• Thrive in ambiguity and figure things out independently
• Are tech-savvy and comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, etc.
