About the Role

Were looking for a Full-stack Engineer to help craft world-class user experiences for our AI sales platform. Youll work as part of a world-class engineering team to bring intuitive, high-performance web experiences to life. This is a hands-on role with a lot of ownership and visibility.

What Youll Do

• Build and maintain responsive, modern Next.js + React web application
• Navigate a complex monolithic, sharded architecture running on Typescript & Postgres
• Work closely with designers and product managers to implement delightful user experiences
• Contribute across the stack from building new components in UI to adding new background jobs to our integration system
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices

You Might Be a Fit If You:

• Have 3+ years of experience in full-stack engineering, ideally in a fast-paced environment
• Are fluent in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks like React, Vue, or Svelte
• Understand how to build a RESTful or RPC-based backend services, especially those that run across serverless and server-full environments
• Have experience with styling libraries (Tailwind, CSS-in-JS, etc.) and front-end tooling
• Understand full-stack app performance, and responsive design deeply
• Communicate clearly, collaborate effectively across teams, take initiative, and sweat details

Bonus Points For:

• Experience working on AI/ML agentic or data-heavy applications
• Familiarity with efficiently scaling burst workloads
• Experience in building or working with design systems or front-end architecture
