Executive Assistant to the CEO

As the Assistant to the CEO at Headphone Zone, you will play a pivotal role in (CCFDR) Communication, Calendar management, Follow up, Delegation, and Research for the CEO. You will be the right hand to Headphone Zone's CEO, Raghav, enabling him to focus on strategic initiatives and key responsibilities.

Job Roles and Responsibilities:
- Communication: Manage CEO's communication channels including emails, calls, and messages, ensuring timely responses and prioritization.

- Calendar Management: Efficiently manage CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements as needed.

- Follow up: Facilitate effective follow-up on action items and commitments made by the CEO, ensuring tasks are completed on time.

- Delegation: Assist in delegation of tasks, projects, and responsibilities, coordinating with relevant team members and stakeholders.

- Research: Conduct thorough research on various topics including industry trends, market insights, and competitor analysis to support CEO's decision-making process.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
