Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders Manage calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings efficiently Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism Follow up on action items and ensure timely completion of tasks Oversee travel arrangements, including ticketing, accommodation, and itineraries Liaise with different departments to facilitate effective communication and collaboration Take minutes during meetings and distribute them accordingly Eligibility Criteria: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field Minimum 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in MS Office & Google Workspace Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and handle pressure effectively Why Join Us?
