Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized, reliable, and proactive

Executive Assistant to the Managing Director

to provide comprehensive administrative and strategic support. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted partner to the MD, handling confidential matters, managing communications, and ensuring efficient execution of business priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the MD’s daily schedule, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Draft and manage emails, presentations, and official correspondence.
  • Prepare reports, MIS, and business reviews for management meetings.
  • Follow up on key projects, deadlines, and strategic initiatives.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive business information.
  • Organize meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Assist in research, data analysis, and preparation of strategic documents.
  • Support in business coordination, client interactions, and event planning.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the MD’s office.

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
  • 3–8 years of experience as an Executive Assistant / EA to MD / CEO / Director.
  • Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
  • High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently, under pressure, and in a fast-paced environment.
