Position: Executive Assistant to Managing Director (Male Candidates Prefered)

Office Timings: 10 am to 7 pm

DeepRanjani Foundation, founded on January 11, 2022, is a purpose-driven nonprofit dedicated to enabling holistic development and inclusion for individuals, with a strong focus on neurodiverse individuals and persons with disabilities (PwDs). Our mission is to provide equitable access to healthcare, education, skill training, supported employment, and emotional support systems so that every person can reach their fullest potential. We collaborate with schools, parents, doctors, and therapists to create sustainable, impactful, and inclusive programs.

Role Summary:

The Executive Assistant (EA) will provide high-level administrative support to the Managing Director (MD), ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and effective communication across the organization. Success in this role means anticipating the MD’s needs, managing schedules efficiently, streamlining communication, and contributing to organizational effectiveness. This position is key in enabling the MD to focus on strategic initiatives while ensuring operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage the Managing Director’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate internal and external appointments.

· Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents with high accuracy.

· Facilitate effective communication between the MD, staff, partners, and stakeholders.

· Organize and maintain records, files, and confidential information.

· Assist in planning and executing organizational events, programs, and meetings.

· Conduct research, compile data, and prepare briefing materials as required.

· Monitor deadlines and ensure timely follow-up on action items.

· Handle administrative tasks such as travel arrangements, expense tracking, and office supplies management.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; additional certifications in office administration or management

· Proven experience as an executive assistant, personal assistant, or similar role.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.

· Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.

· Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.

· Comfortable working in a mission-driven nonprofit environment and supporting initiatives focused on inclusion and holistic development.

· Candidates with a Human Resource Background can also apply.
