Familiarity with handling Govt. Tenders and legalization work will be advantageous. Your daily tasks will involve scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and demonstrating effective time management and multitasking abilities. Strong communication skills and proficiency in office software such as MS Office are essential for this role. Maintaining confidentiality, discretion, and exceptional organizational skills are key requirements. Additionally, you should be capable of prioritizing and arranging meetings, appointments, and travel plans efficiently. Planning and booking domestic/international travel, including flights, hotels, transportation, and itineraries, will also be part of your responsibilities. While a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred, previous experience in a similar role will be considered an advantage.
