Position Summary
The Executive Assistant to the Managing Director will provide high-level administrative and operational support to ensure the MD’s day-to-day activities run smoothly. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong coordination abilities, and the capacity to manage sensitive information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and timely execution of tasks
Manage and prioritize emails, messages, and other communications on behalf of the Managing Director
Act as a point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders
Track team deliverables, follow up on action items, and ensure deadlines are met
Support performance management by monitoring task completion, reporting progress, and assisting in reviews
Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and ensure follow-ups are completed
Maintain confidential documents, reports, and records with high accuracy and discretion
Assist the MD in organizing daily schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
Handle ad-hoc administrative and operational tasks as assigned

Excellent coordination and interpersonal abilities
High level of organization and time management skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Professional etiquette and confidentiality
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
1–4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
Experience working directly with senior leadership is a plus
