*Roles and Responsibilities:*
* Manage scheduling, meetings, and calendar coordination for senior management
* Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required
* Coordinate travel, logistics, and follow-ups efficiently
* Act as a point of contact between management and internal/external stakeholders
* Maintain filing systems and ensure data accuracy for easy retrieval
* Support daily operations by handling correspondence, emails, and phone calls
* Maintain and update staff attendance records accurately and regularly
