Job description

Responsibilities

• Schedule meetings: Plan appointments and meetings, and arrange travel
• Handle correspondence: Screen and redirect phone calls, respond to emails, and distribute mail
• Take notes: Record meeting minutes and dictation
• Create documents: Prepare reports, presentations, and briefs
• Manage files: Develop and maintain an organized filing system
• Provide office support: Order office supplies
• Communicate: Relay information clearly and concisely, both in person and via email
• Be discreet: Maintain confidentiality and keep personal information safe
• Be flexible: Be available at short notice
• Organizational skills: Manage time effectively and schedule appointments
• Communication skills: Relay information clearly and concisely
• Interpersonal skills: Interact with clients and executives tactfully
• Computer literacy: Use email, word processors, spreadsheets, and organizational tools

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
