Job Description

Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Assistant located in New Delhi. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative support, including managing calendars, preparing reports, coordinating with Process Controllers/coordinators and coordinating communication. Additionally, the role involves general administrative assistance such as handling correspondence, organizing meetings, and maintaining records. Skills & Qualifications Calendar management for executives Skills in Executive Administrative Assistance, Administrative Assistance, and Executive Support Preparing for meetings Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of executives Proficiency in preparing and presenting Reports Draft slides, meeting notes and documents for executives Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and travels Well-organized, detail-oriented, with great follow-up skills Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal in English Excellent shorthand and typing skills with proficiency in Microsoft Suits, Excel, Word, PPT, Google Sheets etc. Liaise with various internal departments Provide assistance the director Degree / Diploma from Secretarial Colleges / Business Administration Personally stable & well settled and located near South-West Delhi shall be preferred.
