Executive Assistant to Director

Key Responsibilities

- Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the CMD

- Manage the CMD’s calendar, meetings, travel schedules, and appointments efficiently.

- Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, presentations, and official documents.

- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders for smooth information flow and task follow-ups.

- Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.· Assist in project tracking, data analysis, and report preparation for management reviews.

- Support CMD in strategic planning, meeting preparations, and decision-making processes.

- Ensure timely completion of action points and follow-ups on behalf of CMD.

* Desired Candidate Profile·

- Graduate/Postgraduate with strong communication and coordination skills.

- 2–8 years of relevant experience as Executive Assistant / EA to MD / EA to CXO, preferably in real estate, infrastructure, or a corporate setup.

- Excellent proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple priorities.

- Discreet, proactive, and capable of working independently.

- Pleasant personality with a professional and confident demeanor.
